Best Seat in the House

Check out this terrific article by our own Kelly Bixby about the details going on during a Sunday morning service at Mt. Hope church:

I return to my vantage point near the back of the sanctuary. Pastor Steve’s words float around in my mind and I think about this loving family that I’m a part of. Steve’s right, I know. We may try to capture life’s biggest moments from the perfect angle of a camera lens, but by focusing too intently, we might miss the delightful things that happen in the background.

T-coil loop now available in the sanctuary!

tcoilMt. Hope Congregational Church now has a T-coil hearing loop installed in the sanctuary for the hearing impaired. Those interested in using it to hear the microphones clearly can do one of the following:

  1. Turn their T-coil switch on your hearing device during the worship service
  2. Use one of our portable headsets

Currently we only have a limited number of headsets but we are getting more. Please sign up on the involvement board to reserve a headset for an upcoming Sunday.
